MANY THINGS HAVE CHANGED. Our commitment to Catholic Education has not.
Dear Friends and Families,
The past 8 months has been an experience like no other for our school. In March, our teachers and staff suddenly had to pivot to teaching our students virtually. We spent the summer preparing plans to re-open school safely for our staff and students. On September 1st, we were blessed to welcome 322 students, 31 teachers, and 188 families back to school, in person 5 days per week. Throughout all of the changes, extra protocols, and multiple learning models, our goal has remained the same: to provide our students with a safe environment in which to learn and thrive academically, socially, spirtually, and emotionally. These past months have shown us that we could not do this without the support of our incredible community of parents, parishioners, staff, grandparents, alumni and friends.
We hope we can count on your support for our Annual Fund. Our goal this year is $50,000. The Annual Fund helps to advance the mission of our school by directly offsetting expenses in our operating budget, including robust instructional programs that support in-person and virtual students, and salaries for amazing teachers that dedicate themselves to helping our students be their best possible selves. With your donation, Lumen Christi's reputation as an academically challenging and faith-based school in our community will continue.
Please prayerfully consider making a donation today. Every gift of any size matters. Donations can be mailed to our Parish Office at 2750 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092, or online giving is available via the link above. Gifts are 100% tax deductible. Your employer may have a matching gift program, as well, that would increase the impact of your gift.
Thank you for your continued support of Catholic education,
Fr. Matthew Jacob, Paster
Kelly Fyfe, Principal
