Feedback Forum

As a school, Lumen Christi strives for continuous improvement and welcomes feedback from our school families.  We are pleased to offer the opportunity to share feedback on a continuous basis via the Feedback Forum.  The Feedback Forum will be a link at the end of each weekly LC HighLIGHTs and on the Lumen Christi School website.

Please use the Feedback Forum to share any positive feedback or concerns. Your feedback or concern will be shared with the School Advisory Commission Chair and the School Leadership Team. Every feedback submitted will receive a personal response. 

Please note that if your feedback concerns a specific person, you are encouraged to address your questions or concerns to the person most directly involved in the matter's resolution. When a subsequent conversation is required, the customary "chain of command" should be followed (found on page 12 of the Handbook).
